Hometown Heroes

Our teammates really make the difference in providing a quality member experience. So, we thought it would be great to introduce to you the people who give you that “Welcome Home” feeling every time you stop by any Bronco office. If you don’t already know him, let us start with Billy Stephenson.

Billy is a Member Service Representative (MSR2) and has been a Bronco employee for more than 35 years (36 in August). He’s successful at helping people by having a great sense of humor that makes our members laugh.

Our members “can do”

Bronco’s annual “Together We Can” campaign was both a loan promotion, and more importantly, a fundraiser to collect canned goods and non-perishable food for the Franklin Cooperative Ministries. FCM’s goal since 1991 has been to support people facing emergencies without fostering dependency.

To provide an incentive for our food drive efforts, we offered discounts on vehicle, personal and RV loans to our members who brought in donations for the drive. And as usual, our members, staff and other donors responded in full force, bringing in a total of 4,100 pounds of food.
